Rhodonite
Pale pink with some Quartz inclusions and usually veined with streaks of black due to the oxidation of Manganese.
Rhodonite is commonly mined in very large blocks and occurs in many forms. Rhodonite can occur in many different shades of pink, with black veins running through it. Pink, red, black, grey, white and yellow can also appear in Rhodonite depending on the percentage of different minerals included. The most common of those are Managanese, Iron, Magnesium, Calcium and Zinc.
The rough material is sourced and mined in Canada, and tumbled in our factory located in South Africa.
Rhodonite has been called the stone of love and is believed by some to reduce stress and calm the mind. Some believe it may help with injuries as it may strengthen muscles and help the heart and circulation.
